According to reports, since its official launch in July this year, Baidu Smart 小程序 has been sought after by the industry, including a large number of well-known enterprises including iQiyi, Ctrip, Suning Tesco, Perpetual Calendar, and Dr. Chunyu have launched their own smart 小程序. Data shows that as of the beginning of November, Baidu Smart 小程序 has exceeded 150 million monthly activities, and has penetrated into 23 major industries, covering 262 segments.

In this process, Baidu has brought a large amount of user traffic to these smart 小程序 with its powerful search portal advantage, and a large number of developers are also entering the market because of this feature. This also led to a few developers who began to try to exploit the name on the shortcut, take shortcuts, and appeared some malicious behaviors such as "malicious squatting smart 小程序 name". In order to regulate the development of the market, Baidu Intelligent 小程序 announced the naming convention and explained the relevant rules in detail:

1. Baidu Smart 小程序 name must not contain explicit, obscene, violent blood, drugs, terror and violation of the illegal content prohibited by national laws and regulations and infringement of the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Baidu Smart 小程序 name is not allowed to use a wide range of 沈陽(yáng)小程序 design

xx 用名詞，包括城市名、行業(yè)名詞、產(chǎn)品名稱、流行語(yǔ)、熱門應(yīng)用、新廣告法明確禁止的詞語(yǔ)，如：餐飲、租房、買房、教育、房地產(chǎn)、汽車、旅游、金融、體育、最高級(jí)、第一、首個(gè)、最便宜、最新、名牌、全網(wǎng)銷量第一、全網(wǎng)首發(fā)、銷量冠軍等詞語(yǔ)。

3.百度智能小程序均不得使用與百度相關(guān)的名稱，包括手機(jī)百度、百度地圖、百度金融、百度貼吧、百度百科、百度游戲等包含“百度”得所有相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)詞語(yǔ)。

4.百度智能小程序命名建議：盡量選擇由地域名、品牌詞或核心關(guān)鍵詞能夠表明自身業(yè)務(wù)范圍的名稱組成，沈陽(yáng)xx泰國(guó)餐廳、上海xx教育機(jī)構(gòu)。

百度智能小程序方面表示，智能小程序有嚴(yán)格且規(guī)范的名稱注冊(cè)規(guī)則，對(duì)涉及“惡意搶注”等違規(guī)行為的開發(fā)者，已通過站內(nèi)信進(jìn)行通知，對(duì)于一直尚未調(diào)整的智能小程序將予以下線并強(qiáng)制改名。

此外，百度智能小程序還開通了投訴通道。如果開發(fā)者發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的企業(yè)商標(biāo)、組織名稱等出現(xiàn)被侵權(quán)的情況，可通過smartprogram_support@baidu.com發(fā)起投訴，平臺(tái)核實(shí)后將對(duì)侵權(quán)智能小程序進(jìn)行懲處。

業(yè)內(nèi)人士對(duì)此表示，注冊(cè)名規(guī)則的公布是百度智能小程序維護(hù)開發(fā)者權(quán)益，保證用戶體驗(yàn)，打造健康生態(tài)的重要一步。但這也給開發(fā)者提了個(gè)醒，應(yīng)及早注冊(cè)自己的智能小程序名稱，以免后續(xù)出現(xiàn)不必要的糾紛。
